In order to build the Internet of Things system, we first need to have a local network that connects all sensor-enabled devices and allows for access to the Internet. While Local Area Network (LAN) seems a good option, we are also considering Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) due to the variety of connected devices in an IoT system.
